Professional Liability provides coverage for you and your caregivers against act, neglect, error or omission as a result of giving or failure to give appropriate services to your residents or clients. This may consist of counseling, disbursement of foods, medications or professional care.

 

Physical and Sexual Abuse Liability

Physical and Sexual Abuse Coverage provides protection against physical and sexual abuse including alleged act, error and omission, and misconduct of misuse. Sexual Abuse coverage is much like physical abuse as it pertains to sexual or non-sexual alleged action, behavior or misconduct of abuse against the residents or clients.
